Where Fantasy Becomes a Person's Reality.....

In the not-so distant future, a realistic MORPG game known as "The World" is unleashed across the net, allowing users to enter a virtual reality world to embark on adventures, join parties, and do whatever their heart desires. However, when a sorceror named Tsukasa enters The World, he becomes trapped within it, unable to log out. Along with this, he's somehow gained the ability to feel pain and affect users outside of The World as well. With the help of his friends, Tsukasa must find the reason behind this strange happening before it's too late.... .hack//SIGN, unlike most anime viewed on American television, carries a dramatic mystery into the story, making it one of the more serious shows in the block. (I guess) The character designs, however, are incredible as they show a wide variety of personalities and ambitions. Most people find the plot slow-paced, however, as there's very little action in the show. But this anime is definitely a must-see.... Especially if you're into RPG's and mysteries. ^_^ Fwooosh!
