Individuals can participate in the conference in the following manner.
1.By presenting a paper during the conference including visuals (subject to scrutiny and editing). An abstract not exceeding 500 words be sent by 30th June 2003.
2.As delegates.
3.By contributing an article to the souvenir. The article should not be more than 5000 words including visuals. (The article is subject to scrutiny and editing).
4.Through exhibition by submitting Posters, Projects, Photographs, Models etc. for display.
5.Publishers/Authors may participate by exhibiting books on Vastu Science and related subjects.
SPONSORSHIPS / ADVERTISEMENTS
Sponsorships and advertisements are gratefully welcome. Monochrome full page, half page, quarter pages advertisements and strips along the bottom of each page are planned. Colour full-page advertisements (with colour separations) for the inside front cover, back cover and inside back cover will be accepted.
CONFERENCE MAGAZINE
An attractive Conference Magazine is being brought out on this occasion with advertisement expected from a cross section of organizations involved in the various fields. Articles of topical interest written by experts in the field of Vastu, Feng Shui, Geomancy, Building Biology, Human Energies etc. will be included.
