YOUR BOOK OF SHADOWS
Your Book Of Shadows is a very personal, private tool for you. There are as many ways to set one up, as there are people who use them. There is no wrong or right way...its an individual preference!
Below I have done a sampling of the way I have mine laid out, again, its entirely up to you! Some people will not have anything typed in their Shadows, other do...I do! Some have to have everything elaborately hand penned in elaborate script.
I use a large (thick) , 3 ring black binder. It has a clear plastic cover open at the top. I have put a nice design in between the black and the plastic that suits me, it's all about personal taste. I have it in sections with sub-sections, and yes, I'll admit it, I have "a lot" of printed out spells and such along with my written out information. Modern technology has made it so much easier for my Carpel Tunnel! Aaaanyway...here is a sampling of the way I have mine:

I have a separate, smaller (thinner) binder for
all my dream work. It's full of regular notebook paper. At the end of the binder,
I have a
list of things such as Animals, colors, family, ex's, work, seasons, Pets,
foods, transportation, sex, just everything you
can think of that you dream about. I leave several lines in between each topic. When I add
the details of a dream to
the book, when I'm done I go to the back of the book, find the
correct topic or topics for that dream and add the date to the/those
topics. This way I
can look up topics that I dream of.
I also have another medium binder for the results of spell and ritual work.
