Vaughn was the youngest of three and our only boy. He was 9 pounds at birth and kept on growing to 6ft. 6 1/2 inches at the age of 18.
He loved driving, we have pictures of him in diapers driving his Dad's tractor. He and his Dad redid a 66 Mustang for his 16th birthday (we still have the Mustang). He was a daredevil on 4 wheelers, much to my despair.
He loved his family and friends and would do anything for anyone. He was helping a friend the night he died. He was tired from working away all week, but someone needed help and he was there. He was a mile from home and hit a telephone pole and died instantly. My life changed forever that day also.
