This beautiful child was Evelyn Lockhart. She was born in 1913.

Not much is known about Evelyn except that she died in 1929 at the age of 16. She had tubercolusis. She is said to have died at home in Portsmouth , Ohio. Her brother Chester also had Tubercolusis.
