Little is known of Issac Lockhart except that he is thought to have been the 5th child of James and Ella Lockhart.  He to was born in Tazewell, Va.  The date is thought to have been about 1901.

From some information that we have received it is thought that he died about 1919 or 1920 either in Tazewell, Va. or Bluefield W.V.

A family member said that he was drug by a horse and wagon or buggy.  I'll try to find out more on my next trip to Tazewell, Va. So check back for updates.
