DESTINATION  HEAVEN

Dear Missy,
I would ask you how you are doing but I already know. You are fine. Today I took Chelsey to school, and on the way back, close to the u.s. Grant bridge I pulled over. There was a lot of clouds in the sky and they were besutiful so I stopped to look at them. As soon as I started looking I started thinking of you. Then I thought , 'This is silly".But as I got ready to pull off, the sun tried to shine through the clouds. So I sat there looking, there were small rays of sunshine, several of them. So I thought, " Are you the rays of sunshine?" So I said Ok. Then there was a large ray of sunshine , probably four times bigger than the rest. I knew that was you tyring to comfort me. So I looked real hard and behind the ray of sunshine at the top of the cloud I saw a halo. It was yours, that's all I saw, then it was gone. Thanks Missy !
We all miss you more than you will ever know. Your mother takes Joseph to the grave yard on Fridays to bring you daisies, but you probably hear them. One time when your mother came up there it must have just rained, she sat down to talk to you on the ground and got her butt wet. "Did you see the back of her pants?" Funny Ha ! Ha !
It's a good thing that you are keeping your dad in line. The next time he is asleep and you need to wake him up don't just tap him , push him off the couch or yell at him "Get Up." Like he uses to yell at you when it was time to get up and get ready for school. Pay backs are fun ! You know your dad misses you so very much. He is taking good care of Joseph. The only thing that worries me is that he will start acting more like your dad, Oh well ,maybe that's not to bad.
Your mother told me of her dream she had the other night, where you came to her and let her touch your face. She needed that more than you  will ever know. She was having a bad week. She is trying to hold up for Joseph's sake. But deep down inside she is hurting so bad. She told me not only had she lost her only daughter, she had lost her best friend. Did you realize you were her best friend?
Your mother and father gave Cassidy your trailer. That was nice, he said you would of wanted that because you liked him a lot. Tracy got your car, I know that would be what you wanted too.
Lori Wright got that couch and chair in the house on Ridge St. She goes and visits your mom and dad often. When we talk she says she can't believe you are gone. She said when she comes across the tracks the first thing she thinks about is you and Becky and herself and how much trouble you guys could get into. She misses you  a lot also.
Bub and Becky are doing fine. They are working in the church a lot at different things. Becky went to visit your mother and father the other day. They had a nice visit. Lisa called your mother to talk to her they talked for a long time. Jason typed your mother a letter this is what is said. hfjfhfdsbddfiuyrwjhnnvuseuhrihf   dfjhseu   dfjheyeuthlse   euheyhf   werhhh.  I have to tell you what he said it said. ( Heidi and Jack I miss Missy very much. I love her even if she called me fat boy. ) Missy, Jason does miss you. He took your picture, that I have setting in my living room, and gave you a big kiss.
Missy, What do you think of your papaw Jack. He is so good looking, probably the best looking papaw up there. Get him to tell some good ones on your dad. and Grandmaw Schmidt, Is she holding you on her lap and rocking you like she did when you were a baby?
Missy you are a sweet heavenly angel now. Heaven is a sweeter place now that you are there. But we here on earth still miss you so very much.  You know my image of you in heaven is kinda strange.  Do you want to hear it ? Don't laugh. I see you riding Ghost and your beautiful hair blowing in the wind. At your funeral the last thing I said to you was
" Ride in the Wind" . So I will close for now, will write again someday. I will never forget you as a little girl, or as a young lady. You will always be my favorite neice. Love Ya

                              RIDE IN THE WIND.
