Ingredients Beer Makers Mexican Cerveza 1.25 Kg 'The Right Stuff' 2 Liberty Hoplet (plug) 1 pkt Berkshire Ale Yeast
Method Boil one Liberty Hoplet in 2-3L water for 20 mins Add 2nd Liberty Hoplet and boil for another 20 mins Steep for 20 mins - strain into fermenter Add Cerveza Goo Top with cold water Add The Right Stuff Mix (prepare yeast by rehydrating in 50ml of 5% sugar solution @ 35C for 20 mins) (step omitted on this occasion) Pitch Yeast @ 32 C Ferment @ 24 C
