Method Boiled in 2-3L water for 20 mins Cooled for 20 mins - strained into fermenter

Analysis Authentic colour - similar flavour but very aromatic and 'over' hoppy Nothing special - good quaffing beer Will use 1/2 quantity or less of hops next time See the recipe for our 2nd attempt which turned out much better
