Ingredients Beer Makers Irish Stout Mix 500 gms Australian Yellow Box Honey 1 Kg Light Malt Extract 1.5 Kg Amber Malt Extract 5 Cinnamon Sticks crushed 2 teaspoons Allspice 1 Clove Zest of 6 Oranges Juice of 6 Oranges 6 oz Chopped Ginger Root 50 gms Halletauer Hops 2 pkts Beer Makers Yeast
Method Boil 25 gms Hops in 3L water for 30 mins Add remaining 25 gms Hops and boil for another 10 mins Steep for 20 mins - strain into fermenter Bring Honey, Orange Juice and Spice mix to boil, simmer for 30 mins Steep for 20 mins - strain into fermenter Add Stout Mix Top with cold water Pitch Yeast
