Chapter 37
She couldn't believe she'd made it to Friday. The days seemed to have drug by. She pulled into the driveway and pressed the button for the gate. A few seconds later, there was a buzz and the gate opened. She drove through, she'd warned Nick that she'd be tense and she was. She parked and slid out the seat and grabbed her bag and started towards the door. He was already waiting, door open.
"Aww honey! You look beat." Nick smiled.
She nodded. "I am."
"Aww, c'mere." He murmured.
She did, she walked right up the stairs and into his arms, holding him tightly.
"Wow, you are all tense." He frowned. "Time to relax."
She nodded against his chest as he led her inside.
"So did you remember your stuff?" Nick asked, as he closed the door.
She held up the bag.
"Good. Wanna take that swim now?"
"Oh yes, that sounds good."
"Ok, come with me." He led her down a hall into a large bathroom. "You can change in here. I'll meet you out back ok. Just take a left and go straight, can't miss it."
"Yeah right, I'll get lost." She muttered, smiling. He winked and started up the stairs as she closed the door.
After quickly changing, she found her way out back and put her stuff down. She bent over to get her towel out, when she heard a whistle. She straightened and turned.
"Hot girl!" Nick chuckled.
She rolled her eyes.
Nick laughed and walked over and turned the pool light on. "Get in."
She walked over to the edge and sat.
"Oh don't tell you're one of those girls who have to dip their feet in first." Nick teased.
She raised an eyebrow and sat up, she walked over to the diving board and climbed up. Nick watched as she bounced and did a perfect dive inside. He clapped appreciatively. She surfaced and stared at him.
"Hmmm...looks like I'm not the one afraid to get in." She smirked.
He rolled his eyes and ran and jumped in. She laughed and waited for him to surface and swam over to him.
"This is just what I needed I tell you." She brushed the hair out of her eyes.
"I can tell."
They swam and splashed around for awhile. Before they knew it, it the sun had completely set and the only light came from the pool.
"Wow, I didn't know it was so dark out." Illana sighed.
"Yeah I know. Think we should head out?"
"Yeah, the bugs are gonna come out." She laughed.
"Ok."
They started over to the edge, when suddenly Illana felt something brush her waist. She turned to look at Nick who looked back at her innocently. They continued walking when she felt it again, and looked down quick enough to see Nick's hand sweeping past.
"Nick!"
He laughed. "What?!"
She tackled him, as they sunk under the water. They surfaced laughing.
"Gotcha. I couldn't resist! "
"I'll bet! I can't believe..." She was silenced as Nick's lips suddenly covered hers. She felt herself float back until she hit the edge.
He kissed her feverishly, like a man who'd been starved for water. She wrapped her arms around his neck, wanting him closer. She felt his hands slide down her body to her legs, lifting him up. He pushed her against the edge as he wrapped her legs around his waist, bringing his hands back up to massage her breasts through her bikini top. She moaned softly.
His lips trailed down her neck, sucking and licking the drops of water off her skin. She threw her head back as he kissed her throat and up her chin and finally his lips found hers again. She moaned as he pressed between her legs, rubbing up against her.
"N-Nick...n-no...no..."
He pulled away immediately and looked at her. "Come on, let's get inside."
They quickly got out, grabbed their things and headed into the house.

Once inside they quickly toweled off.
"If ya wanna take a shower go ahead." Nick smiled.
"Nick...about what happened out there."
"It's ok."
"No, I just..." He walked up to her and kissed her forehead.
"It's ok baby. No problem. Take that shower, I'm gonna go take one and I'll meet you out in the living room ok?" He looked down at her.
She saw no animosity smiled. "Ok."
He winked and turned, heading back up the stairs. She smiled and started towards the bathroom, bringing her bag with her.
