Insurance money was counted and filed to be turned into the Extension Office in Franklin. Prental permission statement forms were signed by parents to allow members to shoot in the shooting sports programs.
John Barber reminded members of the Youth Field Day to be held at the Ikes on June 22,2002. On May 18th there will be NO MEETING due to the steak fry at the Ikes. Sherry Barber purchased receipts for the treasurer to keep track of dues and bake sale money. Amy Morrow asked if club would like to man food booth at the Venango County Fair selling hotdogs and pop for one day. To do this club members would have to take a food safety course and have people to man the booth all that day during the fair in August. Sherry Barber read the minutes from the last meeting.
John Barber told us Bill Saunders form Mercer County,PA wanted us to travel to Mercer to do a program on the shooting program with Justin Sparks.
