Welcome to First Grade!! Here are a few things to get you started! 2 Glue Sticks (Your child may need more as the year goes on.) 1 Box of Kleenex (any brand will work) (The school provides this but in the winter with colds we like to have more on hand.) 1 Container Clorox Wipes (generic brand will work too! We use these for clean up to help us keep the germs away, especially during the winter months when germs and colds are passed around more often or when the flu season is here! 1 white board dry erase marker (Your child will keep this in her/his box. They come in packs, but please only send one to start the year. Your child will need the rest as the year goes on.) 1 Daily Healthy Snack (optional)- (something quick and easy please! For example; If your child has to peel an orange, this isn't fast and easy!) Please don't send any markers, crayons, colored pencils, or pencil sharpeners with your child to school! Your child will receive a pencil box, pencils, scissors, crayons, and 1 eraser to use and keep in class. Thank You! |
