JUAN'S MALECON HOUSE is a large and luxurious
penthouse located on the last floor of a six-story building located on the
famous Malecon in the historic district of Havana, known as Havana
Vieja.
JUAN'S MALECON HOUSE has been recently remodeled to
the western specifications. All bathrooms have centrally heated hot water
available 24 hours a day, are equipped with brand new and functioning bidets,
commodes, showers and/or bathtubs.
JUAN'S MALECON HOUSE offers two quiet large
bedrooms for rent, both with air-conditioning,
private
bathrooms and separate, discreet entries. Housekeeping services and fresh linens
are provided daily. For short stays the price of each bedroom
is $30.00 USD per night, per room. Special arrangements regarding
discounts can be made for longer stays.
JUAN'S MALECON HOUSE also offers excellent daily
meals upon request. Breakfast prices range from $3.00-$5.00 USD. Dinner
prices range from $7.00-$10.00 USD depending upon
selection.
