- Looks like one of the new Stinger chassis' from down under is making its way to the SW division.  This just in from Warrior Racing Int'l...

By the time you get this pic posted Bobby Keaffaber should have taken delivery of his blue & red Stinger FV. (Going through customs right now) Bobby received the Stinger deluxe kit, spares package, complete front beam assembly, Iceman Dash Logger System, & the Proflex Racing Shock & Spring package.
Bobby will be campaigning the Stinger under the Sycamore Home's racing team in the Southwest region. I have also been in close communication with Troy Fleeman who is in charge of the racing team.

- The 2003 Valvoline ProVee series is underway.  Check out Randy Fisher's report from TWS.

- I've also got the results from the second half of the Space City Double Nationals here.  Congratulations to Darren Brown for taking the top spot followed by Jim Rainey and Donald Schanche.

- Here is a little more information for those attending the 40th Vee Birthday party.  This includes additional info on the party, the June Sprints schedule, info for non-SCCA Licenses and a list of past National Champions.

- Check out the latest news on the new open-wheel magazine due out this spring... FormulaCar Magazine.  According to FormulaCar's editor, Rob Howden, they are planning a great deal of FV coverage and will focus on helping to bring FV racing a great deal of exposure.  They've already been in contact with Randy Fisher of the ProVee Series.

- Here's the latest on the 2003 ProVee Series from Randy Fisher.

- Marty Cameron sent me the latest photos below of the new M5 body from Kurt LeMay at Mysterian Autowerks.  Also of note is that Marty will be temporarily hosting the Mysterian site on TeamElf.com as a new site is completed for Mysterian.

- As many of you may already know, there seems to be a disagreement over the ownership of Vector Formula Vee.  You may recall that back in October, it was announced that all rights to the Vector FV were purchased by Synergy Autosport of Waterford, MI.  Since then a dispute has developed within Synergy with conflicting arguments as to who owns what.  Much of this matter has, unfortunately been played out on the FV Interchange.

- I just received this from Wayne Hill...

  You may wish to pass this to your readers. Some of them may have raced against him.  Bob Samm a tenacious Vee racer of the 60s through the 80s passed away at the age of  79 in Houston on December 10th.  Attached are photos from Green Valley Raceway around 1978.
