ROOM/SUITE DEPOSIT /PAYMENT

Unless otherwise indicated, all guests will be responsible for their own guest room, tax, and incidental charges.

Individual deposits: A valid credit card number, or a deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate, plus tax (9%) must be submitted to guarantee and confirm each reservation. Attendee's credit card will be charged the one (1) night's room/suite rate plus tax at the time the reservation is made.

Room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically canceled by Hotel within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. on the day after attendee's confirmed arrival date.  Attendees must pay the balance of all room, tax and incidental charges upon check-out.

All surplus room suites will revert back to Hotel for general sales after the cut-off date of April 29th 2005.

Individual Cancellations, name changes and no-shows.
Name changes, and individual cancellations, not to exceed 10% of room block, are acceptable up to forty-eight hours prior to arrival at no charge. Any cancellations received less than forty eight (48) hours prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged one (1) night’s room revenue plus tax. Check in is 3.00pm and check out is 11.00am.
