Ryan: 3 of us were in AKA NOTHING, and then that fell apart. So we started a new band: Draw Blank.
2. K: What are your musical influences?
Ryan: Influences: 7 Seconds, Gwar, Green Jello, SOA, What Happens Next?, Tear It Up, Larm, Ramones, Ventures, Enrique Iglesias, Shakira, Slayer, Grimple, AC/DC, Minor Threat, Rudimentari Peni, Beach Boys, Toy Dolls, Screeching Weasel.
3. K: So what's the punk scene like in San Leandro?
Jesse: It's us...
Erik: Non-existent.
Ryan: San Leandro is near San Francisco and Berkeley. There's lots of bands, but no place to play.
4. K: Has anything crazy happened at any of your shows (ex: things lighting on
fire, someone slipping on water and breaking their leg... yeah)
Ryan: I got electrocuted once.
Erik: A Scott Thompson lookalike smashed a fan to pieces.
Jesse: Two really hot chicks thought we were rad.
5. K: So, how is your girl life then?
Jesse: Two really hot chicks talked to us once.
6. K: Do you guys have any pre-show rituals or food?
Jesse: We wear suits.
Brian: I took a shit once...
Ryan: We all tend to like food.
7. K: What do you guys do in your spare time?
Jesse: Skate. Drinking.
Ryan: Drinking sucks.
Erik: Yeah. I don't have hobbies. Reading.
Ryan: Go to the beach.
Brian: Skate, more music, drinking, bowling
8. K: Ok, here's the question we have to ask- Do you think girls should be in
punk bands?
Jesse: Yes.
Ryan: As long as they can play.
Erik: As long as theres none of that stupid "Look at us, we're little kids who can't play our instruments, but we have boobs."
Brian: awesome!!
9. K: What bands suck, and why do you think so?
Jesse: Draw Blank is the only band that matters.
Brian: I hate Locale A.M.

Jesse: He's the president.
Brian: I voted for Ralph Nader.
Ryan: So basically you elected Bush. You should have voted for McCain. Politics are boring and they suck.
