1. Has to have a good layout.
2. Has to be Dragonball related.
3. Has to have my Button on your Affiliate/ Main Page
4. Has to have 30 or more hits.
5. Have to be a nice webmaster. *No Exeptions*

               Top Affiliate
1.Has to have a good layout.
2. Has to be Dragonball related.
3. Has to have my button/Banner on your site.
4. Has to have at least 5 or more sections of info.
5. Has to have 5 or more sections of multimedia.
6. Has to have no under construction signs.
7. Has to get 40 hits a day. *Some Exceptions*
8. And finally you have to be a good webmaster. *No Exceptions*
