themselves from now,example:don't quarrel with other.have in harmony with
family.don't make big mistake.don't borrow money from loan shark.be careful
of do not have wound or sick,

very understand their character and temperament and inclination and relish,

deeply understand the local place of those people live,to help them have
harmonious frienfship with local persons,to help them get good job,
