in my opinion:
the superintendent should understand the arrangement
of destiny,
this work is very important and his mind will never be
confused,
seeing there has full a lot of war in history,maybe we
can easily solve
small local-war in today,but guess all most nations can
not avoid the damage
of a big nuclear-war in future,
still everybody do not feel a big war coming,you can
judge it by two thing:
dose those big nations act amicably to each other?dose
those big nations
all have good economics?
more bellicose nations and terrorists,they can easily
get the
technology of made nuclear weapons and will mass produce
do their best,
if they get a kind new technology of
invisible missile or misleading-radar-wave missile,that mean the
nuclear missiles which they fired can not be traced and be
locked, it is a real terrible menace to human being
and animals,
vegetancy hope have not war and will try bring peace
on the earth,
anyway vegetancy has no enemy,so will not become embroiled
in any war,
but if have a big nuclear-war,when war later on,i am
afraid of a terrible earthly ecological destruction,many
animals and plants will be killed,a part of water and air full nuclear-radiation,it
cut food short,many lives are weak and sad,
vegetancy should take precautionary measures against
any misfortune,
i think to develop a survivable-system is a good way,
under the survivable-system,vegetancy people can easily
live at badly environment,even continue no sun.no vegetable grow on outside
about few months,
not only for bridge big nuclear-war over but aso for
bridge over any big disaster example:
the big earthquakes.the big deluqe.the terrible plague.the
strong sun radiation,
still it's very useful to our new territory even no war
or disaster happen,
that is the mission-impossible of national defensive
ministry,
give their wholehearted to develop survivable-system,at
the same time
establish a self-defense system,therefore not only
save vegetancy people also
can save many human-being and animals one day,
the superintendent of national defensive ministry must
make right decision
and carefully execute schemes,for keep the wonderful
