| You feel yourself being sucked through the hole, then you don't feel yourself at all. Your breath is caught in your chest and struggles in vain to break free, You reach out to a nearby star and as you do, the space around you ripples and to your bewilderment, you relize that, at the middle of the ripple stands agirl, the girl watches you through ancient eyes, her lava hair blowing in an unfelt breeze. She flaps her fiery wings, spraying tiny sparks wich swirl in the air, creating intricate patterns before disappearing into the unseen land beyond. as you focuse your attention on the girl, you realize she is speaking, and though you have never heard such a tongue before, you immiediatly understand it, she says " Take my hand, Ne'er fear, Reach across the starry span, Danger lurks now e'er nearer, So take my hand But always fear..." |
