Flight 05

Rean paused, and looked over at Cream Genshi, who seemed a little agitated. "Genshi, is something wrong?" she asked. It had been a long time since they had seen Caul and Bobo -still referred to as Bobo-, and the cream had grown. Unfortunatly, her ego had grown as well, and for the past few days, she had become a very... emotional cream. Rean chuckled. The people here at the Vella Crean were nice enough...

Of course I'm not alright, why should I be alright? Am I always suppose to be alright? I'm not alright, so why do you think I'm alright? Who do you think you are to say I'm alright? Can't you see I'm not alright?

Rean groaned. She had heard from others that Genshi was to rise soon, and she was counting down the days until her cream would be back to normal. She sighed, wondering if it would always be so hard.

Get out of my way you piece of fart! the cream snarled. Taking cue, the female dragons took flight to leave Genshi alone. No body really... trusted her at her current state. As Genshi made her way towards the heardbeasts, she lashed out at every dragon who came too close to comfort.

"Genshi, you either blood or eat, if you eat, the males will catch you!" Rean screamed, her voice going hoarse. She knew her cream well enough by now, knew her disgust of the males.

None of them will catch me, watch and suffer! Bwahahahahah! with that, she lunged for a herdbeast, and drained it dry. After four more males, and a female herdbeast, Genshi lifted her crimson muzzle and let out a defiant roar. Nya nya nya nya nya

As Rean made her way downstairs to watch, she could feel the males press around her. Yet her attention was transfixed on her cream. What would her Genshi do next? As she leaped for the air, the males quickly blooded their own kill and followed.
Genshi kept a steady pace until the males caught up with her. As a brown reached for her, she swooped down, causing him to lose his balance. A couple of them followed her, yet weren't prepared when she came to a sudden stop, causing two to plummet to the ground. Genshi moved higher, much more higher into the clouds, yet her hide glowed, letting the males know where she was. A couple of them followed her, and waited, surrounding the cloud. Yet they weren't ready for the sunset bronze who appeared out of nowhere with a thiurmphant cry. His rider, Caul, arrived on the back of another dragon who quickly landed, then disappeared. As he made his way towards the crowd, he watched.

Genshi heard the all to familiar cry. You stinking wherry face! What do you think your doing here?! Genshi cried. She fought off the other males, intent on getting them off her trail. Seeing Beolanth, it caused her energy level to rise, and many males dropped out with sheer exhaustion.

I missed you to Grinch. Beolanth replied with slight sarcasm. He watched her bat off her males, and couldn't help but grin. You've improved I see, since our Weyrling classes.

I was always better then you Bobo, and ITS Genshi, not Grinch! she yelled out, furious at the bronze. And what do you think your doing anyways, intruding in my flight? This is my special moment!

Rean watched from below, and almost groaned. The males were starting to thin out as Genshi got rid of them, and she tried so hard not to laugh. She felt someone sidle up next to her, yet her attention was transfixed onto the flight.

As Genshi watched the last of the males leave, she let out a thriumphant roar. Then she realised this wasn't her purpose. She turned to Bobo with a snarl. Now look at what you made me do! All of my males have gone! she started to slink back towards the ground, unsatisfied. You never really told me why you were intruding into my flight anyways

Beolanth chuckled, and followed her, winding his tail with hers as he did so. Genshi looked up suddenly, then sighed with defeat. She was tired, and he was here. I was here so that I would be the one to catch you. Beolanth crooned, showing her the first signs of gentleness.

Genshi let out a happy sigh as his wings wrapped around her. I guess its alright then.

Meanwhile back on the ground, Rean leaned back into Caul's arms. "You've grown." she remarked, and grinned. "Miss me?"

"We've got alot of catching up to do." he said, grinning back as they made their way towards her weyr.
