Dream Journals
I will have to find more dreams to tell you about later on.. for now on to dream journals

I keep a journal (just a regular notebook) next to my pillow on my bed every single night and have for the past.. I don't know how many years!  I started this probably about 3 years ago maybe longer.  Have I mentioned yet my incredibly bad memory? lol

It is of course smart to make sure you won't get poked by a pen or pencil in the middle of the night.  I suggest if this is perhaps a possible problem that you put the notebook and pen on the nightstand next to the bed.

Every time you wake up from a dream... write down whatever you remember.  Sometimes you'll be so groggy the only thing you can remember is blue something so write down "blue something."  And then go from there.  After many months of practice you will start to remember your dreams more and more vividly.. at least long enough to write them down.

For the first month you may want to give yourself a little pep talk every night before you go to sleep.  "I will wake up after every dream and write down what it is that I dreamt."  Something repetitive, that flows, that reminds you to pick upu that pen and jot down the dreams you have.  It works!!!

You can look over your dreams as often as you like.  You can try to figure them out on your own.  You are welcome to e-mail me with any dreams you might want me to look over so that perhaps I can help to interpret them.  Velvet_Dreams2001@yahoo.com  or message me on the internet of course that works as well.  I love dream interpretations!!!!!  I'm no expert... but I do love dream interpreting.

I usually look over my dreams about once a month or so.  And I think about them for about 2 hours.  And then forget about them all over again.  But, thats me... best way is your own way =)
Sometimes in dreams we will receive visitors such as messengers, totem animals, spirit animals, spirit guides, familiars, prophecies, and what will later come to be when we are awake- deja-vu.

Can anyone have totem animals?  Yes

How many totem animals can one person have?  Usually 7

I personally have four... soon to be going on 5 I think.
