| Races of Iamoore Most of the information on the elves and dwarves is mentioned in the major countries of Iamoore. This is a small breakdown of them. Humans; By far they make up the greatest part of the population of the world. Humans are varied in skin tone and size, ranging from 5’2” to 6’0”. A few of the race even go beyond those boundaries. While there are differences, each major country does have a particular appearance. Archeon: They are dark haired and swarthy in appearance. Sidanthrian: These people are fair skinned and hair varying from blonde to red. Camoran: The Camorans are slightly darker then the Sidanthrans with brown hair ranging to auburn. Great Kingdom: These people are dark skinned and haired. Elves: Elves have very stratified society and most take great pride in the success of their kingdom. The skin tint of Elves is set into the basic types with no variation, being silver, gold and bronze. The color determines their place in society and will never change. They will do what they are born to do. Elves are the magikal of the races and all have some inclination for it though some more then others. Elves are shorter and more slender then humans ranging in height from 4’8” to 5’8”. Dwarves: The short stocky dwarves have very little variation among their kind. Their skin tends to be very pale perhaps due to living in their underground cities. Their hair however is dark sometimes even black giving them an odd appearance. Dwarves are incapable of using manna in anyway. In fact, they are immune to the effects of most spells and any magiks in general. Both male and female dwarves have excessive facial hair and a fair amount of body hair as well. The dwarves are the shortest of the races being as small 4’0” to a huge dwarf of 4’7”. Orcs: The newest of the races these fierce plains nomads were created during the Gem Wars by one of the kings to be the perfect fighters. Their skin is a dark green and they are the most inhuman of the sentient races with long sharp teeth and huge tusks jutting out of their mouth. Their strength is legendary. An average orc is considered three times as strong as normal human. They tower above all others standing between 5’10” to an impressive 7’0’. |
