A short pack on break?
Gregg, Brian, and John
Pete reviews the weekend's hike and how everything went while waiting to shove off for home.  The initial (GPS) estimate was that that four of the adults did about 22.2 miles and the rest of the crew did about 12 miles.
Ah, Ha!  There's Kendra!!  For some reason I didn't get Kendra into many camera frames this hike!

Here some of the crew relax after getting into the night's camp while waiting for the night's meal to be prepared.
Hey!  Meet Brian!  Brian is the second newbie on the trail with us this weekend!  (The other newbie was Tara, that y'all met on the first page.)  Brian hiked so hard he blew-out one of his new hiking boots!  All in all though, he had an enjoyable first hike and looks forward to the next!
I don't remember what Brian was saying just milliseconds prior to this shot, but this looks like he may have said, "Come on Mr. McGee, my tent wasn't really sagging because of the full moon and tidal gravity, was it?"
"Yup, that's right Brian, and I'm sure that Mr. Nuessly will back me up on that, so don't forget to ask him about it when you get the chance!"
