Everlasting Memory
On April 17 2002,  Pte. Richard Green, Pte. Nathan Smith, Cpl. Ainsworth Dyer, Sgt. Marc Leger,
were killed in a friendly fire accident. From across, Canada, and stationed in Edmonton. 6 more were wounded.

To the crew of the Columbia, who on Febuary 1 2003 died when the shuttle broke up in earth's atmosphere.
Killed were Commander Rick Husband, Pliot William McCool, Michael Anderson, David Brown, Kalpana Chawla, Laurel Clark, Ilan Ramon
"Wild" Bill Hunter, a member of the Order of Canada and the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame, co-founder of the WHA and the WHL, passed away from cancer on December 16 2002.
