All the normal rules apply. These designs may be sewn out for personal, for sale or gift items. The designs remain the property of designer. Placing them on discs for sale is a copyright infringement. Also, placing them on a disc and selling the disc and including the designs for free is a copyright infringement and can be prosecuted by law.
