The Ancient Science of Numbers
Numerology is based on the theroy that all things are relitive and that all things are simply made up of engery. Its our relationship to the engery that shapes and defines our lives. So numerology is basicly how the relationship of numbers  have influences in our lives. Numerology is a type of metaphysical science which stems from reather ancient origins and is said usefull to aid us in our search for direction in our lives. You can make your oun judgments.

Here are just the basics to get you started.
First you need to find your "Destiny" number, also called the "ruling" or "life number".
To find this you start with the number that make up your birthday because these numbers cannot be changed. To arrive at your "ruling" you simply add all the single digits in your birthday together. For example I was born on 09-17-1968 so that would be 0+9+1+7+1+9+8= 35, then reduse it to a single number 35 is then 3+5 = 8 is the single number.  So my "destiny", "ruling" or "life number" is 8. Remember zeros never count, so if you have the number 20 in your birthday, it just becomes a 2 omitting the zero. The zero in a birthdate is viewed as a mystical symbol instead of a number.

What dose this mean? Well depending on what your birthday is you can come up with a "destiny" number from 1 to 9 each haveing a particular meaning to you and your life. Remember, that we all are in control of our oun destinys and this serves as nothing more then a guidepost to your personality traits. Knowing this information may in fact help you choice the right path for you to take.

If your "Destiny" Number was ONE
This number has two parts to its meaning. First you need to learn how to be more independant in many aspects of your life before you can more on to the second part. The second part is to develop leadership skills and you must not hide from responsibilities. You are a natural leader but these skills must first be devoloped but may have a tendency to shun from your obligations at times.  You have many original ideas and have the will to persent them to others. Your personality at times may be very self oriented and this may but a wedge between you and those close to you. So you have two paths you can take, develop your strong points or self indulge. Your destiny will be based on your choices.
If your "Destiny" Number was TWO
You are a diplomat and have a powerful personality.  You have allot of energy that flows threw all around you. You are very loyal and expect loyality from others. You tend to be quite sensitive and somewhat cautious at times.  You have the ability to lead and guide others and you show a great deal of understanding and patience which brings out good things in others. At times you tend to get a bit jealous but you have a reather easy going nature that calms your jealous nature. You are also a very presencent and this can be a great asset to you if used right. 
If your "Destiny" Number was THREE
You a happy person my nature but you have a bit of a devilish side to you that tends to get you into trouble at times. You can be a bit chatty but you are very witty as well.  You have a charm about you that people cant reisist. Others tend to put you into mood swings sometimes but you have the ability to smile them off if you chose to. You would like to see people happy and haveing fun as you like to do as well and you try to get serious people to lighten up which sometimes anoys them. You may need to try to comply with the needs of others more but not forgetting your own needs as well.
If your "Destiny" Number is FOUR
You know how to get things done and you are a worker, sometimes you overwork a bit. You like you read and learn now things and you like to plan ahead even for the fun things. You hate to be board and have a anilitic mind which you like tested. You like things that are certian and tend not to dable int he gray area of life, you perfer things black and white. You are very orderly to a fault at times and get frustrated when things are out of order. You may need to relax a bit and take time out for some quiet time to relfect.
If your "Destiny" Number is FIVE
You have a very curious nature and tend to lead a very hetic life. But in your haste you have a tendency to leave things unfinished and that has a way of frustrating those around you sometimes. You get depressed sometimes about the way things are going in your life but you quicly bounce back and start racing around again in your everlasting haste. You thrive on adventure and love to explore new things and ideas. You are clever and very talented in many ways and have a reather attractive and even sexy personality which draws others too you. You may need to learn better organizational skills and learn to stick to your goals, to finish what you start and the other psoitive things about you will fourish.
If your "Destiny" Number is SIX
You know how to build a strong relationships, both personal and in society in general. You are a good friend to those who need one, you are always right there when someone need you. You are very resourceful, stable and protective as well as funloving. You love to have a good time. You are fair in your consitterations to others but you tend to allow others around you to be too self-indulgent. If you let that get out of hand you may end up being used easily and in result become uncareing and cold. Try not to lose sight of who you are or let others bring you down andalways be yourself.
If your "Destiny" Number is SEVEN
You like to have things peacful and harmonious and are a bit of a perfectionist. You have a anilitic mind and tend to over analize things at times. You like to spend time alone and keep your group of friends small and are particular about them. You are very intuitive but you have a habbit of being a bit fightly. Your good points is your sence of order and intuition but they can be your downfall as well. Think things threw before you act.

If your a 8, then you have a great deal of engery, will-power and stamina then then most poeple and it shows. But in effect you tend to be very stuborned as well. You are good at solving problems quickly, good at managing and are very realisitic. However you can become quite a bully when you are in a bad mood and have little patience at times. You tent to have a leadership role to those around you and people look up to you. But you have to be very carfull with that power that goes with that because you have the ability to hurt others easily.  You can be a strong asset in others like or a stong liability depending on your actions and how you handle things. 
If your "Destiny" Number is NINE
You have a very giving nature, are reliable and fair. Your talents are compassion and arbitration and are vital to those in your life. You have a way of giving those around you a sence of stability because your warm nature. However you have a tendency to get jealous easily and this could be your greatest downfall if your not careful. Do not lose your enthusiasm for life and try to keep your head on straight. You lose it at times and it makes it hard on those who care about you and depend on you. 
Remember these are merly guideposts so use this information wisely. You are the master of your own Destiny and you can control the outcomes. This dose not tell you the fruture but simply give you someting to help you along your way in life.
Let me introduce you to my Destiny. Yes thats her name. Shes 6 years old and one of four little lights in my life. Her bithday is March 23, 1995 or 3/23/1995 (3+2+3+1+9+9+5=32)
(3+2=5) so that would make her "Destiny" number  5 and is very fitting to her. She is a handfull but she is my handfull.
