Chocolate Matzah Cake

Mix in a large bowl:

1 package matzah, broken into small pieces
3 teaspoons instant coffee, dissolved in
2 cups boiling water
1 cup sweet red wine
and a little bit of
vanilla or rum extract

Boil:
1 package semisweet chocolate chips
3 brimming tablespoons cocoa
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup water

Take off the burner.

Add
2 sticks margarine
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
(1 orange will do)

Let the mixture cool a little.

Add
3 egg yolks

Stir.
Put aside 3/4 cup of the chocolate mixture,
and pour the rest on the matzah, mixing well.
The matzah should not float in the chocolate; if it does add a little more matzah.
Transfer the mixture to a cakepan or flat tupperware container, and level the mixture so that it is uniformly high.
Add the 3/4 cup of chocolate to the top of the cake.
Refrigerate.
