Chocolate Mousse Cake |
Bottom Beat at high speed until firm: 8 egg whites 8 tablespoons sugar (added gradually) Set aside: 1/2 of the egg white mixture Mix thoroughly: 4 egg yolks 4 tablespoons cocoa powder 3 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons water 3 tablespoons sifted flour Gently fold egg yolk mixture into 1/2 of egg white mixture. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes at medium heat. Top Melt: 150 grams bittersweet chocolate, in 1/4 cup water Cool. Add: 4 egg yolks Remaining half of egg white mixture. Put in freezer for 10 minutes Pour onto cooled cake. |
