Mix:
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
vanilla extract

Cook.
DO NOT STIR AFTER SUGAR IS DISSOLVED.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat until stiff.
Pour into buttered pan.
