Seasons Verstappen raced for them: 1996, 2000 and 2001 .

From 1990 to early 1996 the team was named Footwork Arrows, owned by Japanese company, Footwork. It was then renamed Arrows from March 1996 onwards

Formed: 1978. Ended: 2002 (Bankrupt) headquarters acquired by F1 team
Super Aguri in 2005.

Verstappen's best qualifying position for Arrows: 7th, Argentine Grand Prix, 1996.
Verstappen's best race finish for Arrows: 4th, Italian Grand Prix, 2000.

Total points scored by Verstappen for Arrows: 7.

Notes: Verstappen competeted three seasons with Arrows, more than any other team he worked for in F1. However, it was a bit-sweet memory as team principle Tom Walkinshaw broke a contractual agreement for a fourth season in 2002 when he hired German racer Frentzen and left Jos without a drive. Verstappen took Arrows to court.
 
Benetton Formula

Season Verstappen raced for them: 1994 (tested 1995 and 1998)

The Benetton team acquired the British
Toleman F1 team for 1986.

Formed: 1986. Ended: 2001 (Taken over by
Renault F1 team)

Verstappen's best qualifiying position for Benetton: 6th, Belgian Grand Prix, 1994.
Verstappen's best race finish for Benetton: 3rd, Hungarian and Belgian Grand Prix, 1994.

Total points scored by Verstappen for Benetton: 10

Notes: Verstappen's first F1 racing stint was with Benetton in 1994 and it was here he was to secure his best results in F1 to date, two 3rd positions. He also made a life-long friendship with world champion Michael Schumacher whilst at Benetton.
