I was born and raised in the great state of Ohio, and my majors are History and Philosophy with a minor in Economics. I enjoy reading, coffee shops, and cities in general. Though on rare ocasions you might find me wearing some overalls. My favorite movie is Dead Poets Society; I could never really choose a book that I considered to be my favorite. My dog is a Siberian Husky (sorry she has brown eyes not blue), my favorite candy bar is Snickers, I play the piano, drive a Volkwagen Jetta and surprisingly like water skiing.
This will be my second year serving as class president and I enjoy it a lot. A majority of my time is spent in meetings, most with students but some with the faculty. I preside over class cabinet meetings which are once a week and open to the class. This is just a brief glance at my position. What I did last summer- I worked as a camp director for a week long church camp for 6th-10th grades. My Brother and I directed, my mom and aunt cooked, my uncle was a counselor and my other uncle did the morning devotions (kind of a family affair) We had 50 campers and 20 something workers.
