Chart
It's interesting to note Pluto's key position both conjunct the MC (culmination, soul intent) and also as soul-centered ruler of Pisces (Sun, Mercury, Pallas and ASC) and personality ruler of Scorpio (9th house cusp) and Juno (rights, fairness, compromise, relatedness) in Scorpio 9th. It seems many illusions (Pisces) on both sides about the deeper nature and structure of authority and relating are in the process of being destroyed (Pluto/Saturn {karma}) squaring the Sun/Opposition Earth {dharma}). The 29th degree is a mandate: The Time Is Now. There is a need to see both sides (Gemini/Sag), and a present tendency for both to think theirs is the only and the right way (Jupiter retro in Leo, one ruler of Pisces as well as Sag (Pluto In)).  Saturn's position at the Nadir, dispositing the Mars/Chiron conjunction in Capricorn (actions blended with and fueled by rigidly crystalline wounds and warring rage), is opposing the mandate to destroy the very root (4th house, matrix, foundation) of hierarchical (10th house/Saturn) structure as it has existed, long based in a deep mistrust, and a defensive outlook; unforgiving, always on guard and where devious ruthlessness is a way of life.

Mars in Capricorn is in it's soul-centered exaltation;  there is potential for the right use of will demonstatrated in action. It's lower expression indicates victory of personal ambition; the ego is successful in dominating the environment. Mars is personality ruler of Aries (second house cusp) and both a personality and soul ruler of Scorpio (9th house cusp.) The 9th house in the traditional sense, indicates differing orthodoxies among other things, whilst from a soul perspective unifies and synthesizes all belief systems and religions. The second house, traditionally an indicator of material resources and the looses and gains resulting from right or wrong use of resources, from a soul level indicates spiritual values and resources and the shaping of matter as an expression of these values.

The soul and personality dispositors of the Moon in Libra (Uranus in Pisces and Venus in Aquarius) are in the 12th house. (relating back to Pisces).  Lots hidden and simmering under the surface, to be unearthed (Pluto). The Moon in Libra, on a soul level, is about the harmonious externalization of the principle of Unity in Diversity. The Moon is trine Venus in Aquarius (dispositor of the Moon in Libra exoterically) and trine Saturn in Gemini (which Venus in Aquarius disposits on a soul level). This grand air trine is suggestive of indecision, miscommunication, deception, and perception that is surface. It’s potential, however, is huge and expansive. Venus in Aquarius, operating from a Soul level, is tuned into and respectful of the diversity of peoples and groups. Saturn in Gemini trine this Venus supports the movement toward deeper understanding of relationships, albeit through many tests and trials. Both Venus and Saturn trine the Moon forms a pyramid of potential for the harmonious externalization of Unity in Diversity. The two rulers of Gemini (Venus and Mercury) are in decile aspect that resonates with Saturn, Earth and Capricorn energy and is a power and form aspect. This decile strongly suggests two paths; one that is entirely selfish and use of will to dominate and control, the other supportive of the right use of will in action. It suggests a crossroad where a conscious choice is made...do we turn to the left, or to the right?

The Sun of Possibility (ASC Pisces) suggests the need for existing expression of Piscean energy to be transmuted into the inclusiveness and oneness of it’s higher vibration, (supported by Uranus in Pisces (soul dispositor of the Moon in Libra, 8) and Neptune in Aquarius) rather than remaining static in the polarized victim/martyr thinking of the tied and bound fishes. All the mutability suggests erratic instability, but also the window of opportunity to change what has been (Uranus in Pisces 12) and choices.

The asteroid Hopi is conjunct the ASC in the 1st house of this chart at 15 Pisces 32; interesting in the Light of the prophecies about the coming of the 5th world handed down over aeons, and made more public and accessible over the last 10 years or so by the Hopi (and other) elders, and interpreted by many others.  At this time, it seems urgent to attempt to understand their deeper meanings. The four corners about which the prophecies speak might be symbolized in this chart by the mutable (personality) grand cross involving Pluto, Saturn, Sun and the Earth, suggesting that by the very nature of who we are (Sun) and how we choose to unearth what has been for the purposes of healing (Pluto) and by restructuring  (Saturn) the ways in which we interrelate with others, see ourselves, and treat our Earth Mother (1/7 houses), getting beyond the ring-pass not of Saturn (in Gemini, seeming suggestive as well of corresponding to the 2 brothers,  grandsons of Spider Woman possessing the sacred stone tablets in the prophecies), we can become the Sun of Possibility (ASC).

The Great Pyramid and Arrow  (grand air trine of Venus (right human relations) the Moon (past) and Saturn (Lord of Karma/Guardian Of The Threshold/Angel of Presence/Father Time) seems to be pointing the way  to methods of rebalancing what has become out of balance due to the choices humanity has made throughout the ages…

(I've seen some discussion over whether the time on the chart is correct. The other possibility is a 14 plus degree Pisces Ascendant. It changes the chart very little, and all of the above would still apply. Times from Lois Rodden; A rating)

Harmony through Conflict in Action

(the chart will open into a new window by clicking  the Chart link at far left)
Mars embodies sixth ray force which leads to idealism, destructive fanaticism fequently, struggle, strife, war, effort and evolution. God's idea in Aries becomes the concrete plan in Capricorn, whether its objective is the full flower of planetary life in all its forms, the ambition of personality  working out its own ideas and ambitious worldly projects, or the spiritual aspiration (worldly ambition transmuted into its higher aspect). In every case, Mars leads to the battleground of Scorpio
