People use precious lives just to make themselves look good. How horrible is that? And, when you take into account how much the animals are tortured for this, it should be made into a crime.

While some person is walking along the street with her expensive fur coat, she doesn't realize how her coat was "made".

Animals used for fur coats are usually trapped with cruel steel leg hold traps. Lots of animals have been known to CHEW OFF their own limbs, desperately trying to escape the horrible pain.

As the lady with the fur meets with her friends at Nieman Marcus, to buy some more coats with them, she passes the protest outside, without a care. The protest is against "Nieman Carcuss". She doesn't realize that these people are fighting against fur farms.

Once the animals are taken to the actual farm, they must suffer with their open wounds in small, uncomfortable cages. Their wounds are agonizing, but the humans pay no attention to their pitiful wimpers, cries for help.

Finally, the animals are murdered. There are many, terrible ways to end their precious lives. They are gassed, beaten to death, or electrocuted.

As the lady walks out, feeling glamorous, she doesn't realize that the furs she is wearing, were once living beings, creatures whose lives were snuffed out by 250 volts of electricity.

Be compassionate and refuse to wear fur. There are many fur alternatives out there, and you would be saving many lives.
