EDUL 6012: The Law and School Personnel (1 hour)

This course covers the significant federal and state laws that impact human resource functions of schools, including major requirements of both laws and interpretations of those legal requirements made by the EEOC, the courts, and other agencies.

NOTE: I have not included the activity for this course due to the fact that requirements for the course included a 27-essay test and several short quizzes.
