| One of the requirements of the Leadership Practicum is to shadow and interview THREE (3) administrators and then write a brief report on the interviews. I was required to shadow: A) ONE (1) principal for at least 6 hours, preferably in no more than two time periods (3 hours minimum) while he/she is "doing the job;" and B) TWO (2) assistant principals at least 6 hous each, in no more than two time periods while they are "doing their job."
