Pilots completing section-1 of the phase-3 training will be considered "mission capable" and will be allowed to particapate in any VUSN or VUNAF activity with the exception of combat maneuvers. After completing section-2 of phase-3, pilots will be considered "mission qualified" and will be allowed to participate in all activities.
