VFW POST 969 LADIES AUXILIARY

Ladies Auxiliary VFW Members are:  wives, widows, mothers, foster and stepmothers (who perform the duties of parent), grandmothers, daughters, granddaughters, foster, and stepdaughters (who attain the status prior to the age of sixteen and for whom duties of parent were performed) of persons who are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.  Members must be citizens of the United States and not less than sixteen years old. Women eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States shall be eligible for dual membership in the Ladies Auxiliary.

LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2007 Any person otherwise eligible for membership in the Ladies Auxiliary may become a lifetime member upon acceptance of her application and payment of specific fee.  Fees are based on the applicant's age as of December 31 of the year of application, regardless of the member's actual birth date.
