1. The Recreation Park Committee will set fees and deposits.
2. Parking an dcamping will be in designated areas only.
3. Occupants must keep their area mowed and clean. If it must be mowed by someone other than the occupant, a feww of $10.00 will be charged per mowing.
4. Keep pets on leash at all times. Extended leash up to 15 feet is permitted.
5. No brandishing or discharging of firearms, BB guns, air rifles, sling shots, bow & arrows, etc, except in areas designated by the Recreation Park Committee.
6. Use of Illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited.
7. Campfires permitted in designated areas only.
8. Dumping of holding tanks permitted only at the dump station.
9. All waste water will be caught and emptied at the dump station.
10. Motorbikes or ATV's are not allowed for recreation purposes.
11. No more then 2 pets per RV units. No pets, bicycles or skated are allowed in the Kitchen, picnic or restroom shelter areas. Bicycles are allowed on ROADWAYS ONLY.
12. No cutting or moving of trees unless authorized by the recreation park chairman.
13. No fireworks allowed except on the Fourth of July with adult supervision.
14. There will be no tampering with any electrical. No electrical cords will lie across any roadway.
15. Quiet time will be from 10pm to 8am Sunday thru Thursday, 2am to 8am on weekends and holidays.
16. Users of the recreation park are sole responsible for clean up and disposal of their own trash.
17. Eric G. Sandstrom Post 969 members and their auxiliary shall not be denied use of the park when others have reserved it.
18. Recreation park committee shall approve all RV's for appearance and safety of extended stay campers. Moneys paid in advance will be returned if the RV is not approved.
19. Children less then 12 years old will not be allowed down by the river, except when accompanied by an adult.
20. Curfew: Children under 18, unless accompanied by an adult, will be at their own campsite by 10pm.
21. The RV occupying a rental soace must be registered to the renter of that space.
22. No children under the age of 18 are permitted to remain in the park unless an adult parent or guardian is present.
23. RV check in time is after 2pm. Check out time is before noon.
24. There will be no mechanical work on private vehicles within the park.
25. Only 2 vehicles per unit allowed.
26. Nothing is to be thrown into, or removed from the creek (rocks, sticks, logs, grass, branches, etc). All children must be instructed by their responsible guardian to follow these rules. The guardian will also be held responsible for their behavior, and to clean up after them.
NOTICE: The creeak is a highly senstive area. Our park could be closed if we do not adhere to ridge rules imposed by: THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES, INDIAN AFFAIRS, AND ECOLOGY. THE WATERS ARE PERMANENTLY "CLOSED" TO FISHING.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF PARK PRIVILEGES
