The VFW's 108th National Convention, held August 18-23,2007, attracted more than 10,000 delegates to Kansas City, Mo., home of the VFW's national headquarters .

In attendence from the Dept were Past Dept Cdr Tom Lord, Post 12057 Cdr Tony Maldonado, Dept Judge Advocate Tom Booth, Service Officer Darryl Dalley, Post 3822 Cdr Manny Landron, Comrade Tom Graham, Post 3876 and Comrade George Mitchell, Post 3822. .

Both Tom Lord and Tony Maldonado received the Dept and Post All American Caps.

Tom Lord and Tom Booth and their wives manned the booth for the Party in the Park and gave out Seco and Panamanian Coffee .
