Making a Request (Out of date)

	Before you make a request, you should read and understand the rules about making requests in order to insure that the song you want to request is able ot be put on, no point in wasting your own time to get ahold of us about a request we won't play. The rules are below and subject to change without notice.

			Rules: 1. VG Remixed is a Video Game radio show, therefore only music featured in video games is allowed. Please don't request Snoop Dogg when it has nothing to do with video games. Original Video Game sound tracks, remixes, audio clips of commercials, and other various video game related audio files only. 2. Swears must be kept to a low, though it's preffered to have none at all. The radio station is the college's and so I need to abide by their rues, No F words at ALL! If you submit something with a swear it will not be played. If it manages to somehow get on the air, your requests will no longer be accepted. 3. Time is important to us. We don't like having requests that are really short, such as 30 seconds or less. We also dislike songs that are very long, like 7 minutes as they take up a large portion of our show, which is only an hour long.

		Making Requests: There are numerous ways to make requests and all of them work. You only need to choose one method and your request should be played, so please don't do all the methods for a single request. The following are listed in order starting with the most effective. 1. MSN Messenger: Both DJ's use this and are on whenever we can be. This is most effective because if we have questions or require more info we can ask you directly. It also helps if you have the request on your computer and can send it to one of us. DJ M is cool106698@aol.com while DJ Ice is iceman56_us@yahoo.com Note: During the show, you can make requests on MSN messenger via the official VG Remixed account with the e-mail of vg_remixed@yahoo.com 2. E-mail: Both DJ's check their e-mail often and this is another way to send us your request directly if you have it on your computer already. However, there is a chance that we could delete it on accident with the rest of the junk mail, so please either put a subject so we know it's for VG Remixed or e-mail the official VG Remixed e-mail address which is vg_remixed@yahoo.com 3. Friend Code Database Forum: Members of FCD can make requests in the Official VG Remixed Topic. You can ask questions, make requests, and more. Both DJ's have an account there so it will be checked. This is not as reliable as it should be as the forums have been having technical difficulties recently. 4. Call in: While we are live at the studio, you are more than welcome to call in and make a request, ask a question, or just talk to us. If your inside CLC, you can pick up one of the phones and dial 2929. If you are outside CLC, you can still call in by dailing 1-847-543-2929. Call at your own risk as we will not pay for any charges made as a result of calling us, regardless of it being long distance or not. This is the least reliable as we may not hear the phone, may not understand you corectly, or we may not be able to find your request to air during the same show.
