TO THE VILLAGE OF
AGBOMA -  GHANA, WEST AFRICA
March - 2002
The village is 55 km away from Accra.  We had a film show on Jesus' life on Thursday evening at the center of the village and both adults and children came in their numbers.  Five souls were won after the film.

The next day, the team was divided into three and went for house-to-house ministration.  Team "A" prayed for a lady suffering from boil in the throat and had an instant healing which was confirmed by her vomiting the substance from the mouth.  She accepted Christ.

Team "B" advised and encouraged Christians who were backslidden.

Team "C" exhausted Christians and urged them to keep the flame of faith growing.  They also visited Nyamekrom, a nearby village.  Their problems were long distance church attendance.  Thus Accra.  So they were advised to patronize the village churches.

We showed the second film entitled "Chains".  The attendance was great.  After which thirty accepted Christ.  On the third day, we had our dawn-broadcasting at Nyamekrom and Agboma and thr response was cordial.

In the afternoon we had a follow-up session on the previous day's work.  Six people accepted Christ.  At Afako, another nearby village, a Moslem lady accepted Christ and wept bitterly.  Signifying the presence of the Holy Spirit.

At the dressing of a wounds session the response was great and we ran short of medicines and First Aid.

We continued with our last film entitled, "The Wrath of God and "Narrow Escape".  After the showing of the film everybody there praised God.  Five of them accepted Christ.

On Sunday morning, at the Sunday school service, Bro. Isaac gave the Word to the congregation.  Bro. Odame taught them the purpose of bapitsm and five of them were baptized at the riverside.  Eight of the souls won came to church.  Totally we were accepted kindly.

The team members were Bro. Odame William, Bro. Isaac Kuranchie, Bro. Isaac Afful, Bro. Solomon Quaye, Sister Fusenatu and Sister Cindy.

We thank God for everything.  Amen.

Brother Isaac.
