A very cool acting hedgehog. He acts crazy a lot to be funny, but most the time he stays cool. He is mainly skilled in the medical field and gadgetry, but also knows a fair number of Chaos powers. He likes to make and use some gadgets that he makes. He invents all of and creates most of the medical supplies used by the Elite. From Medpacs, to Stimulants. He has some custom electrical gloves that he can use to shock people. He has a setting on these gloves for using them as defibrilators as well. He is very smart for his age, but he is often looked upon as idiotic by the other members because of his lack of maturity. He DOES get along with Sentinel rather well though. (I wonder why? >.>)
