A very self-confident and power-hungry echidna. He always wants to be the head of a plan, but never seems to follow through. He's also very stubborn. When he gets an idea, he sticks to it, even if it's wrong. At times he thinks he's stronger than Streak. Although he's this way, he has the ability to create electricity from his hands. So it's not a very good idea to disagree with him. (Most people just pretend to agree.) He uses a pair of "Thunder Rod" Gloves that use the electricity he creates.
