Vatica is an assasin, very much like Jet, except for one thing: Vatica is completely blind. Vatica was arrested for taking a contract to kill a government cabinet member. Rather than being jailed, Vatica was released with a souvenier of her crime; a pair of diamond-hard manacles on her ankles. When the Black GUN invaded, they offered to remove the manacles if she killed their biggest obstacle: Jet. She has since made hundreds of attempts on his life, but for whatever reason, they have yet to kill eachother. She posesses a Lost Emerald and uses it to great lengths. She relies on the power of Chaos Levitation to move.
