FFX-2 has a collection of 3 DVD/CD singles, one for each of the main characters.
Paine's songs are a little different from the normal J-Pop. "Sleeping Memories" is a great piece of jazz fused with pop and song very catchy singing. Its very showcase and stylish and works incredibly well. The B-Side "Misty Eyes" is more normal with an English sung chorus! This is a more basic J-Pop song that doesn't really stand out once the chorus is over with which is a shame since the first song stood out so well. The instrumentals of the two songs round off the CD.
The DVD part has a music video to "Sleeping Memories" and then an interview in Japanese (no subtitles) with the singer Meguni Toyoguchi followed by an FFX-2 teaser showing clips of Paine during the game. The DVD is well put together but the singer looks really annoyed during her music video! We all know Paine is the dark character but still...
