Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku
"Our story begins with our humble hero, Goku.  It has been a long time since he last saw his childhood friends, and so he has decided to meet with them on Master Roshi's Island, the house of his old Martial Arts master.  Accompanying Goku is his young six-year-old son, Gohan, named after his grandfather.  Goku is glad to see Bulma, Krillin and even Master Roshi's long-time companion Turtle."

"Unknowingly, trouble looms over Goku and his friends even as they catch up on old times.  Traveling toward Earth at this very moment is a powerful Saiyan warrior with some terrifying news for Goku."

"The fate of the Earth and the universe rests in Goku's hands..."
The legend of Goku begins...
The Legacy of Goku is based on the Dragon Ball Z episodes up to Frieza I believe.  It has been a long time since I have played this game, therefore I'm not possitive.  In the game, Goku is able to fly for short periods of time using "flight charges".  You have quests to complete for experience and mosters to fight.  Three energy attacks along with the standard fist fighting is what Goku uses to destroy these terrifying beasts.  KA-ME-HA-ME-A!!!
Grading:
Graphics:  Like most Game Boy Advanced games, these graphics aren't that bad.  I wish they did a little more on the energy attacks and flying, but everything else is fine. 6/10

Complexity:
This game is pretty easy.  There are a few bosses that can be tough, but nothing impossible. 4/10

Story Line:
I loved the DBZ shows, and since this game is based on them, the story line is great.  Some parts of the game don't follow the TV shows, and that bugs me. 7/10

Customization:
Goku is Goku.  Besides a variety of different healing items and flight charges, there is really nothing you can change. 3/10

Length:
Now, since I haven't played for a while, I can't tell you accurately how long this game is, but I can come close.  I would say that it could be beat in a weekend with hardcore playing.  So I guess it doesn't take up too much time. 7/10

Final Grade:  5.4  If you really like DBZ, give it a try.
