The Victorious Path of VHN Schools

Virudhunagar Hindu Nadars residing in Madurai known for their relentless hardwork, honesty and dedication founded the VHN Primary School on the 29th of June 1949. Initially the school had a strength of 101 students and four teaching staff. Located at Munichalai Road, just a km away from the renowned Meenakshi Amman Temple, the school has catered to the educational needs of students from various religious and communities.

Leaping a step forward VHN High School for boys was started on the 10th of June, 1961. Since then our students have brought many laurels to the school and the school has crossed many milestones. Our school has been upgraded to Higher Secondary Level during the academic year 1978-1979. We have produced 22 successful batches of XII std. The students have won many laurels.
During the academic year 2003-2004, our boys school is segregated into two divisions. The first will be going to the new building which is at Kamarajapuram, Indira nagar. The function is held on 3rd feburary 2003. From June onwards we are in a plan to shift any one of the levels there.
