2. Shoes must be closed-toe and shirts must be white (If you do not wear a white shirt, they will make you buy one for $6). Hats and aprons will be provided.
3. If possible, please bring a calculator.
4. Members should count all the starting and ending inventory items carefully before filling out the Sales and Stock Report in PENCIL. All of the yellow shaded areas must be filled out by a supervisor only.
5. After closing, count the money accurately and fill out the Cash Sheet. Cash should be straightened and faced up in the same direction; please only use paper money trap.
6. The Total Sales in the Sales and Stock Report should match the Total Concession Sales in the Cash Sheet.
7. At the end of the night, money and the yellow Cash Sheet must be brought back to the Cashier's Office. Please give the pink carbon copy sheets to the Fundraising or Campus Committee Representatives.
8. Make sure the stand is clean (sweep before mop, take garbage out, etc.)
9. There is a coupon called Concession Gift Certificate worth $10. It is already negative sales on the sales chart, so please remember "Change will NOT be given for any unused balance."
10. Feel free to drink sodas, but please use the specified plastic cups with a lid and straw. Also, a meal of a brat/hot dog/pretzel will be provided, but please inform your group leader beforehand. All meals must be taken and eaten outside of the concession stand.
